PKIMT is a PEZA-registered company strategically located in First Philippine Industrial Park, Sto. Tomas, Batangas, and was awarded as the Third Best Payer by Philhealth in 2012.

PKIMT is a joint venture of Philippine Transworld Shipping Corporation (PTSC), which is an international shipping and manning company based in Manila, Philippines for over 35 years, and, Konoike Transport Co., Ltd.,
which is a multi-sourcing global company for more than 132 years in Osaka, Japan.
