Para po sa ating mga aplikante na nag-apply na o maga-apply pa lang, ito po ang ating proseso sa ating hiring process.

Ating tandaan na malaking bagay ang ugali na ipapakita naten habang tayo ay nage-exam o ini-interview ng PKIMT staff at/o HR staff ng ating clients. Kung di kayo nakapasa sa unang client naten at okay naman ang inyong naging attitude sa buong proseso, maaari pa po namen kayong i-endorse sa iba po nameng client. Subalit atin pong tandaan na kayo po ay ie-endorse lamang sa iba nating client kung ang inyong qualifiations ay magma-match sa kailangan nilang tao.

Minsan ay natatagalan po ang PKIMT na tawagan kayo dahil sa wala pa ring nagma-match sa qualifications ninyo. Kaya huwag po naten sisihin o magalit sa PKIMT kung di agad natatawagan. Ang dapat nating gawin ay mas galingan pa ang ating performance tuwing nasa interview dahil kayo pa rin ang magdadala sa inyong sarili para kayo ay magustuhan ng ating client.

Wala po kaming sinisingil at wala rin po kayong dapat bayaran sa sinumang staff ng PKIMT.

Kung di pa po kayo natatawagan ng PKIMT, maaari po kayong personal na magreport sa aming mga opisina. O kaya naman ay patuloy po kayong mag-apply din sa aming mga kapatid sa industriya o sa iba pang mga kumpanya.

PKIMT joined in AFLI-ESH’s Tree Planting for 2014

PKIMT joined in the tree planting activity which was organized by the Association of FPIP Locators, Inc. – ESH (AFLI-ESH) as one of the annual activities of all the members of the said organization which was held last October 17, 2014. One of the purposes of the said event was to achieve a greener FPIP (First Philippine Industrial Park) which was evidently accomplished by AFLI-ESH after around 165 representatives from different locators attended that day to plant successfully a total of 513 tree seedlings.

PKIMT joined AFLI Family Fun Run 2014

PKIMT family joined the AFLI Family Fun Run last October 12, 2014, which was attended by a total of 1042 runners from different locator employees, along with their families, inside First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP). The runners started at 6:30 am for 10-K group, 6:35 am for 5K group, and 6:40 for 3K group respectively.

As per Sir Dennis of FPIP Admin, the proceeds of the said event would be utilized by the Association of FPIP Locators, Inc. (AFLI) to donate playgrounds to three unnamed public schools in Sto. Tomas area.

PKIMT attended Basic Training and Refresher Course for PCO

In line with the recently approved DAO 2014-02 (Revised Guidelines for PCO Accreditation requiring all establishments to re-apply for the accreditation of their PCO under Sec. 15), the DENR-EMB Region IV-CALABARZON conducted Basic Training and Refresher Course for Pollution Control Officers last September 16-18, 2014 at Hotel Dominique Tagaytay City, Km. 55 Aguinaldo National Highway, Brgy. Maitim II East, Tagaytay City.

In relation to this, Ms. Dolores Tupas, PKIMT Admin Manager and PCO, attended and successfully completed the said PCO training. As per Ms. Dolor, she is very excited to share everything she learned from the training with the whole PKIMT Team and with its all clients.

This is just one of the many things PKIMT is doing to keep providing better and quality-driven services to its all current clients and future clients.

PKIMT will start weekly deployment starting August!

Good news!

We want to thank all of our loyal applicants and supporters. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation with us during our challenging times. We are very happy to announce that we have survived the negative effects of the truck ban in Manila and the damages of typhoon Glenda.

PKIMT will resume its weekly deployment starting this August. We will be deploying around 150 or more new employees every week.

For those who are waiting for their deployment date, you can expect a call or text from our Recruitment Team within this week for your schedule. This will be based on the dates of interview and of the completion of your medical requirements. For those who have already received a schedule of orientation, please follow your schedule.

AFLI-ESH holds River Clean-up

Last July 25, Association of FPIP Locators, Inc. – Environmental Safety and Health (AFLI-ESH) held its river cleaning program at FPIP Wastewater Facility near Sto. Tomas-Tanauan Bridge. One of the main goals of the said event was to promote awareness in taking responsibility in taking care of our environment.

The event was attended by 103 Safety Officers and Pollution Control Officers from different locators of First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP). Ms. Donna Marie Velasco represented PKI Manufacturing and Technology, Inc. (PKIMT) along with PKIMT’s Recruitment Team which included Angielyn Umali, Elsa Dela Cueva, and Jade Lalap.

The event started at 2PM which was the actual cleaning of the river. By 3PM the team proceeded to Oasis inside FPIP for the meeting.

The event had successfully strengthened the relationship among the members of AFLI-ESH.

In August, the team is planning to hold a tree planting program in the area of FPIP 2.
